Hourly Billing:

Our standard billing model is based on hourly rates. The total cost is calculated based on the number of hours spent on your project. Time tracking is done accurately, and you will be provided with detailed timesheets upon request.

Project-Based Billing:

For larger projects, we offer project-based billing with predefined milestones. Payments are scheduled according to project milestones, ensuring a balanced and fair payment structure.

Fixed Price Contracts:

Some projects may be eligible for fixed-price contracts based on a detailed project scope. This allows you to have a clear understanding of costs upfront

Payment Terms:

  • Initial Payment: A non-refundable upfront payment is required to initiate the project. This helps us allocate resources and begin work promptly.
  • Milestone Payments: For projects with predefined milestones, payments are due upon the successful completion of each milestone. This helps maintain a steady workflow and ensures that both parties are satisfied with progress.
  • Hourly Billing Payments: For projects billed on an hourly basis, invoices will be sent at regular intervals (e.g., bi-weekly or monthly). Payments are due within 15 days of receiving the invoice.

Payment Methods:

  • Online Payments: We accept online payments through secure platforms. Our invoices include detailed instructions on how to make payments electronically.
  • Bank Transfers: If you prefer bank transfers, our banking details will be provided on the invoice. Please ensure payments are made by the due date to avoid any delays in project timelines.
  • Late Payment Fee: Payments not received within the specified timeframe will be subject to a late payment fee. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the outstanding amount and will be clearly outlined on the invoice.
  • Project Suspension: Failure to make timely payments may result in the temporary suspension of project work. Work will resume once outstanding payments are settled.

Refunds:

  • Refund Policy: The initial payment is non-refundable. For milestone-based payments, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.
  • Project Termination: In the event of project termination, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly. Any prepaid amounts beyond the completed work will be refunded.
